Friendly Pilates and Dance Fitness classes predominantly for the over 60s but open to anyone looking for low impact ways to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, stability, co-ordination, memory and balance.
Welcoming and relaxed classes for all.
In Barton St David:
Pilates: Mondays 1:45pm, Wednesdays 7:30pm, Fridays 9:20am & 10:30am.
Seated Pilates: Fridays 11:45am.
In Keinton Mandeville & Street:
Silvercise Dance: Mondays 9:30am in Street, Wednesdays 1:30pm in Keinton Mandeville
